This place is wonderful. A mom and pop shop that does a great job. You can feel that they care. Phyllis was extremely polite, helpful, and she even gave me her personal number. Her husband did that job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend their services.

I brought my grandfather's wedding ring in to be resized and it came out perfect. I came in a half an hour before they closed and they told me it would be ready by 2pm the next day. It fit exactly the way I wanted it to and looked amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough: very nice people, beautiful store and perfect service.

My wife's engagement ring had the diamond fall out after only having the ring 8 years. Also with having new babies, the design of the ring just didn't work any more and it looked like it was just going to be placed in a drawer never to be seen again. I brought the ring to Prestige just hoping for any solution, but fearing it would cost a fortune and take a ton of time. Phyllis (I think was her name) had a new design all planned out in less than 5 minutes and for a fair cost. I couldn't be happier and totally regret going to one of the big box stores to buy the engagement ring. I'm glad these folks are in Pasadena
